Please read, even though you have plenty of experience with lectures and similar work.

Be a doll and prepare in advance. Consider rehearsing.

Keep your swim-suit on at all times, and keep all extremities inside the vehicle.

When rehearsing, take into consideration the time-frame.

Be punctual. Please make sure you know how long your presentation takes, and make sure to make it fit. If it's a debate, make room for a debate, and if you'll be answering questions, take that into account as well.

Have a clear and discernible structure throughout your presentation

Remember, it's shaken, not stirred.

Always have written materials and visual aid at hand for your listeners' comfort.

Be informative, precise and entertaining.

Being a sober might just dot the I.

Having your workshop in the sauna is not permitted. Not even if you're Finnish.
